ILLUSTRATED WORKS
GO!
When caught up in the maelstrom of a mosh pit, everything is a blur – stage dives, gang vocals, circle pits and flying fists. This phenomena is full of its own codes of chaos and contradictions – a moment of pure primal humanity. While it can be absolutely absurd to anyone who never dove in, it's the only place where I ever felt alive.
Wired
Nothing has shaped my life and who I am more than music. My endless exploration into various genres all over the globe over all spans of time have offered more perspective than any written history.
Lured
“The state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's way of life, behavior, or political views.” - Oxford Languages definition of the word "liberty."
Who Wins?
In the midst of the American culture wars, the battle for the country's identity rages.
Vapor
The moments in life that inspire me often mull around in my head for days, weeks, months or in some cases years. Sometimes it's a phrase I overheard on a walk that plays over and over again, or maybe there was an interaction so bizarre that I can't get it out of my head. These experiences mix and mingle with my own philosophies to take on their own stories – their own lives.
Master of None
In the white collar world I was many things – Graphic Designer, Data Analyst, and a Manager of Advertising Campaigns, E-Commerce Storefronts, and Marketing Solutions. One thing I was not was a copywriter
Cowboy
Back in my teenage years, there was a line in a song that caught me at just the right moment. Nothing profound at all, but a relatable emotion expressed throughout the chorus:
"...God if I have to die you will have to die..."
Book in the Park
In our earlier years, my partner and I would spend sunny weekends together in the park by the library. We needed to get away from the stress of our day jobs and it only was a block away the apartment that we shared. Our work often required us to continue the job at home – and our yardless apartment offered no relief. We would give anything just to get the feeling of grass between our toes – and I appreciated every blade of it.
