Copyrights & Ownership

By visiting this site you agree that no part of this website will be reproduced in any form without written consent from the owner. Any misuse of this site is a violation of copyright; violators may be held accountable for damages incurred by misuse. I reserve all rights to the artwork created under the Hypokrites moniker.

Sales Policies

Return Policy: All sales are final.

The following issues are not considered exceptions to this rule:

  • Artwork misperceptions: Works for sale are described to the best of my ability both visually and through text descriptions.
  • Color variances: The colors of my artwork may be displayed differently on the multitude of devices that are available to consumers today.

International orders: I don't need to be shipping single pieces of paper overseas. I do not take international orders. Please support your local artists. I might be open to international wholesale in the future, but not at this time.

Shipping Information & Policies:

Processing times: I am not your familiar overnight shipping monopoly – Hypokrites is one person. Your orders keep me alive and I treat them accordingly. I will get to them as soon as I can, but I will not give you a window for delivery.

Delays in shipping: I do not have any additional insight into delays once the package leaves my hands. I understand the frustration you may have dealing with any delays in shipping, but it is unfortunately out of my hands.

Tracking: I will send you a message with the associated tracking number for your order as soon as possible.

How Commissions Work

Please check the commissions page to see if I am currently accepting commissions.

Phase One: Please reach out me to with your full name, email address, phone number, and general concepts. You can use any of the contact forms on the website.

Phase Two: I will respond back as soon as I can. The timing on this response could vary wildly depending on my workload – I am but one person. In this correspondence I will let you know if I'm interested in taking on this work, or if it is better suited for a different artist. If i know someone else that can take care of this request, I will pass along that information.

Phase Three: I will talk over pricing structures and prepare agreements for the proposal through email. When we agree on a path forward, I will send you a password protected link with a deposit cost "item" you can add to your cart and check out with. This deposit is non-refundable. This deposit pays for the time spent negotiating and concepting your ideas into something more real.

Phase Four: We will be in close contact on the initial concepts to make sure that the idea is what you need. It is necessary that we get a total sense of agreement before moving forward. We will agree on the number of concepts and rounds of feedback you will get when determining the deposit.

Phase Five: I get to work. There are no revisions beyond this point without further compensation.

Phase Six: We walk through the finished piece and begin the process of shipping or preparing it for pickup – whichever we initially agree upon.

Additional policies on commissions:

  • While I remain open to all types of work, I also I reserve the right to decline any commission.
  • I do not accept deadlines. Your work will be prioritized, but not rushed to diminish quality the work.
